Clifford Neubauer, Jr.
Born:  Wheeling, West Virginia, February 2, 1982.

Education:  Wheeling Jesuit University (B.S., cum laude 2003); Wheeling Jesuit University (M.B.A., 2004; University of Detroit Mercy School of Law (J.D., 2007). 

Member:  State Bar of Michigan (Consumer Law Section, Negligence Section).

Legal Experience

    

    Clifford “Buster” Neubauer gained a Bachelor in Sports Management from Wheeling University while playing NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball.  While at Wheeling Jesuit, Clifford helped to coordinate the Area I Special Olympics Spring Games (WV) and coached Ohio County Special Olympics Basketball Team.  After completion of his undergraduate degree, he began his studies for a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).  During his Masters, Clifford worked for Belmont National Bank as a customer service representative and auditor for Belmont’s Home Mortgage Disclosure Act report.  He also was an assistant basketball coach for Bellaire St. John’s Varsity Men’s Basketball. 

    After completion of his MBA, Clifford moved to the Detroit area to attend The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.  In August 2005, he joined The Erskine Law Group P.C. as a law-clerk working extensively on warranty files.  After successfully passing the July 2007 Michigan State Bar Exam, Clifford became The Erskine Law Group’s newest associate.  His primary focus is on commercial litigation, warranty litigation, lemon law defense litigation and recovery of unclaimed funds.
